If you have forgotten your login to your hosting control panel in particular, send a support ticket from your client area. You will receive an email with the appropriate information.

Note: when you submit the ticket, send us the information about the domain in question, for the account on which you have forgotten the login details.

Important: if necessary the key change, all the keys to the database, ftp accounts changed by the new key provided.
